Refunds and Returns

We only accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges under the following circumstances:

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund.

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Since all our products are made on demand, we do not offer refunds or returns for the following reasons. You’re welcome to visit the KYON storefront to see our sample products and ensure you're happy with the size, quality, and color before purchasing!

Wrong Size or Color Ordered: We do not offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind. Please check our sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.

Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds will not be issued for buyers who wish to return products for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

Return/Refund Process for Eligible Items

1. Contact Us: Fill out our Refund Form within 21 days of receiving your product to report an issue.

2. Photo Evidence: In the form, provide photos of the damaged or defective product for review.

3. Approval and Processing: If your claim is approved, we will happily issue a refund or send a replacement within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

All returns must be reported within 21 days of receiving the item.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed for issues caused by production errors or delivery issues confirmed by our team.
